Prerequisites
1 Remove the base cover.
2 Remove the battery.
3 Follow the procedure from step 1 to step 4 in “Removing the Hard Drive”.
4 Follow the procedure from step 2 to step 5 in “Removing the Power and
Volume-Buttons Board”.
Procedure
1 Lift the connector latch and disconnect the touchpad cable from the
connector on the touchpad.
