Shortcut keys

The keyboard has shortcut keys along the top row of the keyboard

that allow to you quickly access commonly‑used functions.

Icon Item Description

Back Return to the previous screen or exits the

running application.

Mute Mute the tablet’s volume.

Decrease volume Decrease the tablet’s volume.

Increase volume Increase the tablet’s volume.

Play previous track/

chapter

Play the previous track or chapter.

Play/Pause Play or pause the current media file.

Play next track/

chapter

Play the next track or chapter.

All apps Open the All Apps screen.

Action menu Access additional options for particular

apps.

Search Open a search menu.

Keyboard backlight Turn the keyboard backlight on or off.

Decrease brightness Decrease the brightness on the tablet’s

display.

Increase brightness Increase the brightness on the tablet’s

display.
